I found this to be a well-written book and the author seems to have the scars from working in the trenches of corporations. The book is the right length. It provides a sense of control and norms for behaviors that working men and women would be able to use to unlock their potential and improve the quality of their work-life and performance. A new hire would benefit form this book as much as an executive. Types of ideas presented are:
Learning organization
Ownership – blame game
Creativity
Service
Trust
Recommendation meter
Waste of time
